DMCC – the world’s flagship Free Zone and Dubai Government Authority on commodities trade and enterprise – announced the winners of its highly coveted annual Consultant Awards during an afternoon reception held at its headquarters in Almas Tower.
The annual event is designed to celebrate the outstanding performance of its ever-growing network of partners and consultants that promote DMCC, and attract company registrations within the world’s leading Free Zone. Over 100 people were in attendance to applaud the seven winners announced on the day.
DMCC works with a total of 482 Corporate Service Providers, out of which 47 are part of the International Service Providers programme covering 29 cities around the globe. In light of this strong and growing network, DMCC is currently enhancing its Corporate Service Providers Incentives Scheme to further reward high performance.
During his welcoming address, Ahmad Hamza, Executive Director - Free Zone at DMCC said:
“Our consultants registered a remarkable 40 percent of the total companies registered at DMCC in 2018. Throughout the year, you and the brilliant companies you represent, have worked incredibly hard. You’ve promoted our free zone far and wide, and you’ve spread the message that we are indeed, Made For Trade. The 2018 annual members satisfaction survey showed us that 89% of our members and consultants are happy with DMCC. Again, this is very promising and informs us that we’re heading in the right direction.”
“Well done to the lucky individuals who claimed awards this afternoon and, to those who did not, rest assured there was extremely fierce competition, and your hard work has not gone unnoticed,” he added.
In 2018, DMCC surpassed 15,000 company registrations. The combined revenue of DMCC member companies contributes over 10 percent to Dubai’s GDP. In addition to recognising the top 20 performing consultants, the below seven winners received distinguished awards for their outstanding performance in 2018.
