Policy Application Cancellation General Guidance

Eligibility

  1. DMCC licensed company -  All DMCC active employees are eligible to request for a Employee passport details amendment.

  2. Compliance with Regulations - The company must comply with all relevant regulations and requirements set forth by DMCC.

  3. No Outstanding Sanctions - Any imposed sanction on the company account needs to be cleared before applying for Employee passport details amendment.

Step-by-step guide

Log into the DMCC Member Portal and navigate to  Employment Services - Employee passport details amendment

Submit the service request by filling out the form

DMCC review and approval

Once approved, applicant new passport details will be updated in the system

Policy

  • Draft Service Requests will automatically be voided after sixty (60) calendar days from their creation date if no action is taken by the DMCC Member. 

Application Cancellation

  • DMCC Member Company can request service cancelation by uploading a signed and stamped SR cancellation letter or through raising a self-service case.

General Guidance

  • Only active employees under employment visa can request for Passport details amendment service.
  • The service include update the below details ONLY:
    • Passport number
    • Passport Expiry Date
  • For change in nationality/applicant name, the DMCC member company needs to apply for stamp from old new passport.
