- Create and finalize a draft service request for additional licence and keep it under “draft” status
- Login to DMCC Help Center to create a case and select the topic ‘’Service Requests (SR related)’’ and subtopic ‘’ DMCC Promotion’’
- Mention the number of the Service request in “draft” status
