DMCC – the world’s flagship Free Zone and Government of Dubai Authority on commodities trade and enterprise – has hosted the 2021 edition of the DMCC Consultant Awards to recognise the significant contribution made by consultants in attracting businesses to set up and expand their operations at DMCC.
In 2021, DMCC recorded the highest-ever figure for new companies joining in a single year, with 2485 businesses setting up in the free zone. A diverse range of geographies and industries were represented in these new member companies, reflecting DMCC’s ability to increase the ease of setting up and doing business in Dubai for a company of any size and sector, and its ability to facilitate and promote global trade.
The event reaffirms the significance of DMCC’s partnerships with a range of stakeholders that work to highlight Dubai as a global trade hub and raise the profile of the emirate on an international stage. The 2021 DMCC Consultant Awards were held at DMCC’s Almas Tower headquarters in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT).
