It is mandated by the Federal Decree Law that Financial or Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBP) appoint a compliance officer. Therefore, DMCC introduces Compliance Hub for DMCC member companies to have access to credible compliance service providers. The Compliance Hub will help small and medium business by offering an alternative to hiring a full-time employee, by outsourcing the compliance function to a pool of vetted compliance service providers.
